Aive Raises Series A to €16.5 Million and Accelerates International Expansion

Paris, November 18, 2025 – Following a year marked by strong growth and the signing of strategic partnerships with major industry players, Aive is raising its Series A funding round to €16.5 million, up from the initial €12 million. Aive’s all-in-one video AI platform transforms every video into actionable data, enabling the co-creation, adaptation, optimization – and soon, distribution – of high-performing content at scale.

This operation is part of a comprehensive funding plan combining private capital, bank financing, and public support, confirming the confidence of investors, the banking sector, and public institutions in Aive's vision and robust business model.

Expanded Round to Support a New Phase of Growth

Aive has finalized its Series A round of €16.5 million, spearheaded by leading investors, including Invus, who initially invested last June, and joined by financial partners to leverage this growth: Bpifrance, Crédit Agricole du Midi, CIC, and BNP Paribas. This funding marks a new stage in the startup's expansion, as it aims to become the global leader in its sector.

"Aive is redefining the Transcreation market using AI; it's the future. Stellantis Group established a partnership with Aive from the very beginning of its commercialization, and we intend to maintain it long-term." - Bruno Gisquet, Head of Stellantis Marketing Office for MEA, IAP & China.

Thanks to this reinforced funding, Aive will accelerate the international deployment of its proprietary MGT (Multimodal Generative Technology)—a unique innovation combining generative AI, analytical AI, and multimodal analysis (image, sound, emotion, rhythm, etc.).

Already adopted by over 50 major international groups such as TF1 Group, LVMH, Stellantis, Etam Group, Groupe Seb, Match Group, Meta, Publicis, IPG, Havas, and P&G, this technology allows users to instantly generate all necessary variations (formats, durations, languages, subtitles) from a single video, and automatically optimize their performance based on marketing objectives and distribution channels.

Reinforced Confidence from Banking and Institutional Sectors

This comprehensive funding plan illustrates the convergence between private investors, public institutions, and banking partners, all convinced of Aive's technological and economic potential. The combined support from Crédit Agricole du Midi, BNP Paribas, CIC, and Bpifrance marks a key step in the financial structuring of the scale-up and validates the maturity of its international model.

These commitments strengthen Aive's capacity to accelerate its development, invest heavily in R&D, and ensure sustainable growth amid its expansion into Europe and North America.

"This renewed confidence, both from investors and the banking sector, allows us to cross a decisive threshold: the one of scaling up. We are combining technological innovation with a solid economic model to deploy Aive internationally, all while maintaining our commitment to ethics, performance, and creativity." – Olivier Reynaud, CEO and Co-founder of Aive.

A New Creative Hub to Stimulate Innovation

As part of this expansion, Aive also plans to recruit 30 new employees, primarily for technical and sales roles.

To welcome these new talents, Aive is preparing to open a new space dedicated to creativity, designed as a co-creation and experimentation third-place. This hub will bring together internal teams, brands, and agencies around a common goal: converging technology and imagination.

More than just an office, this location will be a laboratory of ideas where AI engineers, designers, creatives, and strategists will collaborate to explore new approaches to AI-assisted video creation.

It will embody Aive’s vision: AI serving humans, amplifying creativity rather than replacing it—a powerful symbol of Aive’s culture, founded on collaboration, responsibility, and innovation.
